Our long, rich heritage has been centered in the fields electronics and communications, dating back to 1963. In the beginning, John Boylan and Bob Cannon founded our company as Boylan and Cannon Electronics (hence B & C). Later, the name was changed to ComProducts, Inc. dba B & C Communications. B & C is an Ohio based corporation formed in November of 1963 in Washington Court House, Ohio as an authorized Motorola Solutions Service Station. In concert with Motorola’s desire to expand their service commitment in the Central Ohio region, B & C opened a second facility in Columbus in 1974. In 1978, we purchased the existing Motorola Solutions Service Shop in Akron, Ohio. In 1993 B & C opened a new facility in Chillicothe, Ohio and relocated the corporate offices from Washington Court House to Columbus, Ohio. In 1995, we purchased the service operations of Motorola Solutions in Ashland, Kentucky, and in November of 1995, B & C opened a facility in Cleveland, Ohio. B & C Communications is a Motorola Solutions Service Elite Specialist as well as a Motorola Solutions Platinum Radio Solutions Partner. Our CEO is Thomas Harb. Leland Haydon is President and Steven Stauch is Vice President.

Our service area consists of 31 counties in the State of Ohio, 8 counties in Kentucky, and 4 counties in West Virginia. We provide sales and service support to construction and service industries, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and agriculture, as well as, federal, state, county, and local government entities throughout the entire territory.

Each of our five facilities are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art test equipment. Our technical service staff averages over 15 years of experience each, in two-way radio service. With a fleet of 25 fully equipped service vans and 10 installation vehicles, we provide complete field support as well as 24/7/365 emergency response via on-call technicians at each facility. Our diverse customer base has given our staff exposure to a wide variety of equipment and customer requirements, which gives us the expertise to solve any sales or service need quickly and efficiently. Our sales staff is one of the best trained and highly skilled teams in the country in strict compliance with Motorola Solutions requirements.
